They want to look their best during summer so they can wear their bikinis and be the envy of everybody. However, women all over the world should remember that daily exercise routine for women should not only be preformed when summer is near. Women should exercise regularly to remain healthy and to have a lean body. Many women prefer morning exercise but you can also exercise in the afternoon.

When you are trying to lose weight, you should not only exercise, you should also follow these tips below.

Most women skip meals thinking that doing so will make the, lose weight faster. This is not only false, it is also dangerous. You need to make sure that you eat regularly, never skip meals; instead what you should do is cut out portions which have a lot of fat and substitute food which is healthier. For example, you should never miss breakfast; it is the most important meal of the day. Without it, you will feel tired. Instead of eating three full meals during the day, you should eat 5 small portions of meals throughout the day.

Drink water. Stay away from soda and alcohol. Water is good for your body. It will replenish your body and it will flush out toxins from your body. Do not substitute any other liquid for water. They simply will not do. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. If you want to cut down on the food you eat, drink a glass of water before meals. It will make you feel full so you will consume less food.

When you eat, use smaller plates. Why? The logic is when you use a small plate you are less likely to consume a lot of food.
