When it comes to socks you should chose natural fibers to keep your feet dry and cool. White cotton socks should be worn whenever possible and especially during exercise. Silk socks should be worn when you have to dress up. These can be a bit costly, but you will want to make the investment if you are wearing dress clothes often. You should also pay attention to the shoes that you are wearing. You want them to be comfortable and to fit well with out being too tight or moving on your feet. This can be hard when searching for dress shoes, but it is even more important if you spend all day in them.
In addition to choosing good shoes and socks you will want to make sure that you are keeping your feet clean. It is really important that you clean your feet at least one day. Using a good quality liquid soap or baking soda to scrub them clean is the best way to go. It can be quick or nice and relaxing. It is up to you.
